Episode 251 is an interview with the Head Coach of Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, KS. Coach Rand Chappell has coached for over 30 years at the Junior College, NAIA, Division 2 and Division 1 levels. Coach Chappell just finished his 1st year at Johnson County and his team made the JUCO National Championship Tournament in the 2020-2021 season.
