Today I wanted to give you some information about what to do at this time of year, the transition from the Fall to the Winter sports' seasons. This episode mainly focuses on what a Junior or Senior or a currently recruited high school student-athlete is in the recruiting process. It covers what to you can do if your sport just finished in the Fall season or are entering your sport's Winter season or are preparing for the Spring season. There is also information for the high school underclassman that is not in the middle of the recruiting trail. Doing research, preparing your introductory email and your school list or making a video, sending updates or creating a nutrition plan are all tasks you will hear about for all the student-athletes that are pursuing their dream.
