What is an athlete mindset mentor? This episode gives you insight. Brent interviews Paige Tonz, who tells you how she helps girls handle the strains of playing sports along with the internal and external pressures.
Paige, a former starting catcher for Northwestern softball from 2011-2014, has a website with free resources. These include a blog, her Visualization Practice Package and her Confidence Booster Workshop. She tells us about her advanced programs, The Confident Athlete and her Private Mentorships.
Listen to Paige share how her playing background and people she met in college helped her start her confidence building programs. She works specifically with young girls and women, but her insights work for all athletes young and old.
